The milestone event saw the team expand to 20 members as the company discussed its tourism brand sales, marketing and PR.

The three-day gathering in Sydney also welcomed new senior team members Emma Prineas (Director, PR & Communications) and Phil Haines (Director, Brand & Growth). It focused on aligning the team’s strategy, capabilities and vision for the year ahead.

In true Linkd style, the retreat combined inspiration and collaboration with a healthy dose of fun, featuring engaging speaker sessions, industry insights, high-energy competition at BattleKart Moore Park and fine dining at Sydney’s acclaimed Malaya restaurant.

In 2025, the company celebrates 38 years (six years as Linkd Tourism) and attributes its long-standing success to a fluid understanding of its clients’ requirements and the travel industry environment, both in Australia and New Zealand.
