With deep experience in luxury hospitality, brand development and global partnerships, Paula’s focus will be on ensuring the performance of the hotels within the group, at a time of significant expansion and transformation.
With a distinguished career spanning almost three decades in hospitality, Paula brings deep expertise across sales, marketing, operations and revenue management.

Paula said she is excited to join the team at such a pivotal moment for the three brands in the region.
“This is a full circle moment for me as I worked with Sofitel 20 years ago and I have watched how the brand has been elevated, while at the same time seeing the expansion of the MGallery brand and the announcement of the first Emblems hotels,” she said.
“I am thrilled to spearhead the hotel performance of this exclusive collection of luxury brands in the Pacific and look forward to helping to further enhance the guest experience of the network as its expands.”
Paula’s scope will more include more than 20 luxury hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
