Due to the current situation in Beirut, Royal Jordanian airline has activated several actions to assist passengers affected by the cancellation of RJ flights to and from BEY- Rafic Hariri International Airport.
Passengers are permitted to take the following actions for any tickets impacted by RJ flight cancellations on July 29th till August 3rd 2024:
- Passengers are entitled to free changes without any fare difference, change reservation fees, or no-show fees.
- Passengers are entitled for free reroute from and to BEY to levant, Gulf, Turkey, Greece & Cyprus, only governmental taxes to be collected.
Passengers who wish to voluntarily change their tickets that include BEY sector up till 15th August:
- Penalty will be waived; any fare difference or additional taxes will be collected.
- Tour code be added on all tickets: JOG1072024AFBF
