Michael Gazal, Executive General Manager, said the events have become a popular tradition for the home-based travel company, creating a cheerful environment in which to thank its partners for their enduring support.
“Our partners play an essential role in the ongoing success of TravelManagers and our personal travel managers (PTMs) and these lunches are our small but heartfelt way of expressing our gratitude,” he added.
“It’s always wonderful to have these opportunities to reconnect in person, celebrate what we’ve achieved together and look ahead to the opportunities that lie ahead.”
David Farrar, Collette’s Head of Sales – Australia, was among the suppliers who attended lunch for NSW-based suppliers at Sydney’s Holy Basil restaurant.
“Many thanks to the TravelManagers team for such a nice lunch for suppliers – it is greatly appreciated and I think by the amazing turnout, it was voted 10 out of 10.”
Mr Gazal said that the strong turnout at all five lunch events held in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth was a reflection on the spirit of collaboration shared by TravelManagers and its suppliers.
“As we continue to grow and evolve, we are committed to continuing to enjoy mutual success with our valued partners,” he commented.
“We are also looking forward to welcoming many of our industry friends to our annual national conference in Bali in September.”
