Princess Cruises has unveiled a comprehensive 2028–29 Americas program, featuring more than 250 departures across North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, the Pacific and Antarctica.

A major addition will be the return of Amazon River cruising for the first time since 2014, including scenic sailing and a call at Santarém in Brazil.

A new 64-day Circle South America itinerary will also combine Antarctica, the Amazon and a transit of the Panama Canal.

Princess Cruises will operate 141 Caribbean departures across 49 itineraries of five to 17 days, sailing from Fort Lauderdale, Port Canaveral, San Juan, New York and Barbados.

The program also includes calls at Celebration Key, Isla Tropicale and RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay.

The Panama Canal season will feature 12 departures aboard five ships, with full ocean-to-ocean transits through the historic locks or newer Neopanamax locks.

Canada and New England will see 17 departures, including a new call at Îles de la Madeleine in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Seven itineraries will also include an overnight stay in Quebec.

Hawaii sailings will return roundtrip from Vancouver alongside Los Angeles and San Francisco, with all 14 departures including extended time in Honolulu.

Mexico will feature 35 departures, while 18 California Coast sailings will include late-night visits in destinations such as San Diego, San Francisco and Victoria.

South America and Antarctica will account for 13 departures across 11 itineraries aboard Majestic Princess and Coral Princess, visiting 38 destinations in 16 countries.

Options include 17-day Antarctica and Patagonia voyages and 15-day Cape Horn and Glaciers of Patagonia sailings.

Jim Berra, Princess Cruises Chief Commercial Officer, said the season was designed to give travellers a broad range of options across the Americas.

“Whether it’s a relaxing Caribbean getaway, sailing beneath the Golden Gate Bridge, experiencing the marvel of the Panama Canal, discovering the beauty of Hawaii or venturing to the Amazon and Antarctica, these thoughtfully crafted itineraries make it easy to find a vacation that matches how and where our guests want to explore,” Mr Berra said.

The 2028–29 Americas season is now on sale, with an early booking bonus available from October 26 to January 12, 2027.
