Australian travel advisors can win a food focused weekend in Wellington by completing an advanced training course through Tourism New Zealand’s 100% Pure New Zealand Specialist Programme.

Run in partnership with WellingtonNZ, the incentive requires advisors to complete the cuisine advanced course and submit an entry form by September 6.

One winner and a travel companion will receive return direct flights from an eligible Australian gateway, two nights at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor and a $NZ250 digital Prezzy Card.

The prize also includes a Wellington cable car ride and a choice between a Te Papa highlights tour with high tea or a Wētā Workshop experience.

Further inclusions cover a Martinborough winery tour along the Classic New Zealand Wine Trail, a Capital Bites food tour, a Zealandia by Night experience and, subject to availability, a Garage Project beer workshop and entry to a current exhibition at Tākina.

Advisors who completed the cuisine course before the promotion began can still qualify by retaking the test during the campaign period.

The promotion runs until September 6 with the prize available for travel between September 21 and April 30, 2027. A blackout period applies from December 1 to January 31.

Tourism New Zealand is also encouraging advisors to use its Explore New Zealand Discount Programme to arrange self-famils at trade rates.
