TravelManagers has wrapped up its 2024/25 National Conference in Bali’s Nusa Dua, bringing together more than 500 personal travel managers (PTMs), partner suppliers, media partners and National Partnership Office (NPO) team members for three days of networking and celebration.

The event concluded with a gala awards ceremony recognising outstanding achievements across the network.

Victorian PTM Emma Lucas was named Personal Travel Manager of the Year for 2024/25, after also taking out the top state award in Victoria.

Fellow Victorian Joel Webb was awarded New PTM of the Year.

Queensland-based PTMs Karen Christie and Rebecca Harrison jointly received the Above and Beyond Award, which honours acts of exceptional service, kindness or dedication.

The PTM Choice Award, voted on by the network, went to Rachael Portelli for her professionalism, willingness to assist, and commitment to the TravelManagers culture.

Vietnam Travel & Tours was named Partner Supplier of the Year.

The prestigious Barry Mayo Spirit Award was presented to PTM Carli Byrne for embodying the heart and soul of TravelManagers.

The award is open to anyone within the TravelManagers family who contributes significantly to the company’s culture.

Chief Operating Officer Grant Campbell also acknowledged milestone achievements within the network, including 66 PTMs and NPO staff marking ten or fifteen years of service, and Victoria’s Lisa Metzl, who will celebrate twenty years with TravelManagers in 2025.
