The Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) has launched TravelTick, a new national directory designed to help Australians find and connect with accredited travel professionals they can trust.

Exclusively available to ATIA Accredited businesses, the platform is set to enhance visibility for members and drive consumer enquiries directly to their inbox. TravelTick highlights the credibility and specialisations of its members, helping Australians make informed decisions when booking travel.

With more than 120,000 people visiting ATIA’s platforms in the past year, the demand for trusted travel advice has never been higher. TravelTick answers that call by offering a user-friendly way to search, discover and connect with operators who meet Australia’s leading industry standards.

“All accredited businesses have already been pre-loaded into the directory,” said ATIA CEO Dean Long. “Members can now customise their profiles with images, descriptions and niche services to stand out. TravelTick gives the industry and searching consumers what they’ve been asking for – a simple, trusted way to find qualified travel professionals.”

The new platform arrives at a time when consumer trust is front of mind, following the collapse of several non-accredited businesses. “It has never been more important to make it easier for people to find our members,” Long said. “This is about positioning them as the most credible, consumer-ready providers in the market.”

TravelTick is part of ATIA’s broader strategy to deliver member value, strengthen consumer confidence, and promote the benefits of booking with an ATIA Accredited travel professional. More features will be rolled out progressively.

“ATIA is focused on delivering results for our members,” added Long. “TravelTick puts their business in front of consumers and drives real opportunities straight to their inbox.”
