The tourism partnership will showcase trade-ready operators from 15 North Island regions through three high-impact trade events in Sydney and Melbourne.
Each event will include product updates, networking and meeting one-on-one with tourism businesses, with opportunities to go in a draw to win flights and fam trips.
“This is about putting the full strength of the North Island on show and making it easy for Australian agents and media to discover what’s new, exciting and ready to book,” said Karen Thompson-Smith, Head of Tourism Tātaki Auckland Unlimited.
This is the first time the broader North Island has united under one banner for an international trade mission – signalling a new era of collaboration for the destination.
The events will spotlight the region’s world-class golf and geothermal wonders, Māori culture, award-winning cuisine, buzzing cities and some of the world’s most spectacular coastlines.

“We know Aussies love New Zealand and we are giving them more reasons than ever before to head over,” added Ms Thompson-Smith.
“Whether it’s the magic beaches of Te Tai Tokerau Northland, the vineyards of Martinborough, or the dining scene in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland – the North Island has it all.”
