Lisa Pile has been appointed to the newly created role of Vice President Sales & General Manager in Asia Pacific for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
This strategic dual‑brand leadership role is central to the cruise lines’ ambitious growth plans in the Asia Pacific region and reflects a significant investment in strengthening both brands’ presence in one of the world’s most dynamic luxury travel markets.
Ms Pile (left) will oversee all commercial, sales, and strategic growth initiatives for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises across Asia Pacific.
Her deep regional expertise and proven leadership will be instrumental in driving the next phase of luxury cruise growth, while unlocking the significant growth opportunities ahead.
Under her guidance, Ms Pile will elevate the luxury cruise lines within the market while preserving each brand’s distinct identity and value proposition.

James Sitters, Director of Sales Australia and New Zealand, will continue to lead the Oceania Cruises team and will now report directly to Lisa in her expanded role.
