Unforgettable Travel Company has appointed Nick Mathers as finance director, effective immediately, as the luxury travel group continues to expand its international operations.
Mathers will also join the company’s executive team and report to Graham Carter, co founder of the business. The company includes specialist small ship cruising brand Unforgettable Croatia, which also operates an Australian office in Melbourne.
In his role, Mathers will lead financial strategy, planning and reporting across the group’s portfolio of brands. His responsibilities will include overseeing financial performance, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and financial controls.
He will also support the leadership team with strategic planning as the company continues to grow internationally and expand its relationships with travel trade partners.

Mathers brings extensive experience in the travel industry. He previously held senior finance roles at Wendy Wu Tours and Dnata Travel, where he oversaw finances for brands including Travelbag and Netflights. Most recently, he served as finance director at Aura Alliance.
Graham Carter, founder of Unforgettable Croatia, said the appointment comes at an important time for the company.
