Hong Kong Airlines have announced that World Aviation Services (WAS) will cease to represent them in Australia from April 1.
WAS has served as Hong Kong Airlines’ General Sales Agent in Australia for the past 15 years.
In making the announcement the airline said it would like to express its appreciation for WAS’s efforts in strengthening Hong Kong Airlines’ market presence in Australia.
“This change is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our sales and operations in Australia,” the airline said in a statement.
“Hong Kong Airlines will progressively establish a local sales office and recruit local staff to further enhance service delivery to our trade partners.”
