Tickets to the 2026 National Travel Industry Awards have officially sold out, with the industry preparing to gather at Melbourne’s Palladium at Crown on Saturday 10 October.

Presented by the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA), this year’s awards attracted more nominations than ever before, while more than 21,000 votes were cast across the 39 categories.

“The NTIA is our night of nights and this year it’s bigger and better than ever,” ATIA CEO Dean Long said.

“Selling out tells you exactly where the industry is at: people want to be in the room to back their colleagues and celebrate a year of hard work. It’s going to be a great night.”

The gala forms part of a three-day program of industry events in Melbourne, beginning with the Beyond Borders Travel Summit at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday 9 October.

The Viking NTIA Finalist Celebration will follow at Aerial Melbourne that evening, before the Wellness 5K at parkrun Albert Park kicks off Saturday’s program.

Singapore Airlines returns as Major Sponsor of the NTIA for a fifth consecutive year. Trafalgar will welcome guests as Arrival Sponsor, Virgin Australia is the MC Sponsor, Helloworld Travel will sponsor the gala entertainment and CVFR Travel Group is the official NTIA Afterparty Sponsor.

Viking will again sponsor the Finalist Celebration, giving finalists and other members of the travel industry an opportunity to begin the celebrations on Friday night.

“Our sponsors make this possible,” Long said.

“Singapore Airlines has stood behind these awards for five years running and with Trafalgar, Virgin Australia, Helloworld Travel, CVFR Group and Viking on board, we’ll put on a night the whole industry looks forward to. We’re incredibly grateful for their support.”

While tickets to the NTIA Gala have sold out, places remain available for the Beyond Borders Travel Summit.
