Azamara Cruises have opened bookings for two shorter options within their highly-anticipated 2029 World Cruise Collection, including a sailing from Sydney.

The 179- and 139-night sailings join the full 195-night World Cruise, which opened for booking in September, giving guests three distinct itinerary options and more flexibility to experience an epic journey spanning five continents and 40 countries and territories.

The 139-night Sydney to Copenhagen departure sails from March 1 to July 17, 2029 aboard Azamara Quest, visiting five continents and including 43 late-night stays, 11 overnight calls and four maiden ports.

A second option will sail for 179 nights from San Diego to London between January 3 and July 1, 2029, featuring 52 late nights, 16 overnight stays and 12 maiden ports.

Both itineraries join the previously released 195-night World Cruise from San Diego to Copenhagen, giving travellers three different journey lengths within the 2029 program.

Dondra Ritzenthaler, Azamara Cruises CEO, said the shorter options were introduced to give guests greater flexibility.

“Whether guests choose the full 195-night journey or one of our two shorter options, they’ll have the time to slow down, explore more deeply and experience the destinations in a way that only Azamara can offer,” Ms Ritzenthaler said.

All three sailings will operate aboard Azamara Quest and include access to World Cruise events, AzAmazing Evenings and selected Overland Experiences.

The full 195-night itinerary spends 65% of its time in port, with 60 late-night stays and 16 overnights.

World Cruise bookings also include additional benefits valued at up to $44,000, including luggage shipping, bonus onboard credit, a premium beverage package and unlimited wash and fold laundry.
