A group of Australian travel advisors have returned from a seven-day Globus Music Cities: Nashville and Memphis tour, having earned their spots through last year’s incentive program.
The famil combined guided touring with independent exploration across two of America’s famous music destinations.
Anna Brandauer, Travel Advisor at Benalla Travel, said every detail of the trip was exceptionally well planned.
“The experience was truly phenomenal. The Tour Director Hillary’s knowledge of the itinerary and the Music Cities was absolutely outstanding. Her passion and expertise added so much to the overall experience,” Ms Brandauer said.
Johanna Raeder, Globus Family of Brands Head of Marketing APAC, said the partnership with Memphis Tourism and United Airlines continued to deliver outstanding results.
“Memphis continues to strike a chord with travellers, from the energy on Beale Street to its musical heritage. Having Memphis artist MonoNeon perform live for audiences brought an authentic touch that reinforced why the destination continues to inspire travellers,” Ms Raeder said.
The Memphis momentum carried through to a series of trade events in Sydney, Melbourne and Blues on Broadbeach last month, where Grammy-winning bassist MonoNeon performed live, bringing an authentic taste of the city’s signature sound to Australian advisors and the public.
