Australia’s leading wine festival returns in November with a program of more than 40 events set across beaches, forests, caves and vineyards.

The Pair’d Margaret River Region features Michelin-starred chefs, global music icons and rare museum wines. It will take place in Western Australia from November 19 to 22.

Hannah Pike, Pair’d Festival Director, said the 2026 program pushed far beyond the traditional food and wine festival format.

“The 2026 program is about the art of the blend, from museum pours and fire feasts, to musicians in caves and sunset sessions by the ocean. We’ve curated a collection of experiences that simply couldn’t happen anywhere else in the world,” Ms Pike said.

Headline acts include legendary Austrian electronic duo Kruder and Dorfmeister, returning to Australia for the first time in more than a decade for their only Australian performance at two exclusive sunset sets at Pair’d Beach Club on Meelup Beach.

The hugely anticipated Burnt Ends and Friends at Wills Domain will see Western Australian chef Dave Pynt return home to collaborate with American BBQ Pitmaster and Netflix royalty Rodney Scott, Hong Kong chef Matt Abergel and others for one of the festival’s signature dining events.

Pair’d Beach Club returns to Meelup Beach with two ex-Noma alumni, Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson of Michelin-starred Published on Main and former Noma head chef Ben Ing, presenting Western Australian seafood alongside wines curated by sommelier Cyndal Petty.

For those chasing Michelin stars, Vasse Felix x Bonheur brings together Vasse Felix chef Cam Jones and winemaker Virginia Willcock with Gordon Ramsay protege Matt Abé, Chef Patron of London’s Bonheur, which earned two Michelin stars within months of opening.

Other highlights include Nature’s Table under the canopy of Tanah Marah Forest with Paul Iskov and Mindy Wood, Ngilgi Reverie transforming the ancient chambers of Ngilgi Cave into one of the world’s most distinctive dining stages and The History Makers, an ultra-exclusive 24-seat dinner at Leeuwin Estate featuring museum releases never before tasted by the public.

The Grand Tasting returns to Howard Park Wines with a festival menu curated by Matt Moran and Aaron Carr, Museum Masterclasses with Erin Larkin and Nick Ryan and a headline performance by Isabella Manfredi of The Preatures.

Many events sold out within 20 minutes last year. Tickets go on sale July 1 at 10am (AWST). Direct flights are available from Sydney and Melbourne into Busselton Margaret River Airport.
