Viking has wrapped up a series of events hosting travel advisors at Italian Serenatas, the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra’s latest celebration of Italian Baroque music.
The events in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane formed part of the company’s ongoing partnership with one of Australia’s leading cultural organisations.
The initiative recognised the important contribution travel advisors make to Viking’s success while shining a spotlight on the company’s long-standing partnership with the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra.
The series commenced in Melbourne where Natalie Kessel, Viking’s Senior Events & Trade Coordinator, hosted travel advisors at the evening performance of Italian Serenatas at Melbourne Recital Centre.
Travel advisors in Sydney were then welcomed by Shaun Kavanagh, Viking’s National Commercial Manager, at City Recital Hall.
The series concluded in Brisbane where advisors were hosted at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) by Viking representatives (Commercial Manager (QLD) Helen Mezzen, Commercial Manager (QLD South & Northern NSW Leon Hill, Cruise Consultant Amber Boseley).
Italian Serenatas features works by renowned Italian composers including Vivaldi, Corelli, Brescianello and Falconieri, taking audiences on a musical journey through Naples, Rome, Venice and Florence.
Led by acclaimed Italian baritone Renato Dolcini, the program showcases the drama, elegance and passion of the Italian Baroque era through music and storytelling.
Now in its third year, Viking’s partnership with the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra reflects a shared commitment to cultural exploration and lifelong learning.
Through the partnership, Viking guests and travel advisors enjoy access to premium concert experiences, VIP events and exclusive opportunities throughout the orchestra’s season.
