Emirates is marking a near-full return to operations, with 96 per cent of its global network now restored following a period of disruption.

The airline currently operates to 137 destinations across 72 countries with more than 1,300 weekly frequencies, representing 75 per cent of pre-disruption capacity.

Despite the reduced schedule, Emirates carried 4.7 million passengers between March 1 and April 30.

To give customers added confidence when booking, Emirates has introduced a range of flexible travel benefits. All customers booked from April 2 receive one free date change across all cabin classes and fares can be held for 24 hours free of charge.

The Dubai Connect programme turns extended layovers of six to 26 hours into a complimentary stopover, with eligible customers receiving hotel accommodation at a four- or five-star property, airport transfers, meals and a UAE entry visa where required.

The benefit is available across all cabin classes and can be booked up to 12 hours ahead via the airline’s website.

Emirates Skywards members can also earn accelerated tier status from May 1 to August 31, through reduced tier requirements and Bonus Tier Miles on Emirates and flydubai flights.
