Saffire Freycinet has opened bookings for the Saffire Jewel Private Villa, a new three-bedroom residence on Tasmania’s east coast scheduled to open later this year.

Designed for families and small groups seeking privacy, space and exclusivity, the villa sits within Coles Bay, framed by the pink granite peaks of The Hazards and overlooking Great Oyster Bay.

Dylan Counsel, Saffire Freycinet General Manager, said the villa represented the next chapter for the property.

“The Saffire Jewel has been designed so our guests can enjoy the Tasmanian landscape with their family, friends and loved ones, while indulging in the luxury and intimacy of a private home, paired with the exceptional service and culinary and immersive experiences that define Saffire Freycinet,” Mr Counsel said.

The villa features more than 800-square-metres of indoor-outdoor living, three master suites each with private ensuite, a private infinity pool and spa, a fire terrace with panoramic views and interiors of charred timber, travertine, marble and bespoke Tasmanian art.

Extended stays include curated dining experiences with a private chef and sunset canapés overlooking Great Oyster Bay.

In anticipation of the opening, Saffire Freycinet is also offering its ‘Wonders of Winter’ package for stays between May 1 and September 30, celebrating Tasmania’s winter through immersive experiences including spectacular stargazing.
