A self-paced training module that guides travel advisors is now available to registered partners worldwide from Azamara Cruises.
Launching today, “RezA – The Power Behind Confident Booking,” is a new chapter of Azamara World Academy (AWA).
This new chapter provides advisors with comprehensive training on the RezA platform’s full capabilities, from searching sailings and understanding fare types to creating and managing bookings, processing payments and deposits, coordinating group reservations and special services, and maintaining guest profiles for faster, more personalised repeat bookings.
The training also highlights the platform’s revenue-generating opportunities, enabling advisors to seamlessly book value-added experiences such as ground transfers, pre- and post-cruise hotel stays, and land packages.
In addition, advisors can reserve a range of onboard enhancements directly through RezA, including specialty dining, premium beverage packages, internet access, spa treatments and shore excursions, allowing them to further elevate their clients’ cruise experience while increasing booking value.
Because RezA recognises advisors at the booking level, the platform delivers clear performance visibility, fewer processing errors and enhanced customer continuity that routes returning guests back to their original advisor.
The result is accurate credit, better insights, smoother operations and stronger advisor relationships.
“Travel advisors have always been an essential part of Azamara’s success and investing in their growth remains one of our highest priorities,” said Dondra Ritzenthaler, Chief Executive Officer of Azamara Cruises.
“The launch of the RezA chapter within Azamara World Academy reflects our ongoing commitment to listening, learning and delivering the resources our advisor partners need to succeed.
“When advisors feel confident using our tools, they’re able to create more seamless, personalised experiences for their clients while growing their own businesses and that’s a win for everyone.”
