Australian travellers can access complimentary return flights to Japan with a selected spring 2027 small ship cruise combining Japanese ports with a visit to South Korea.

The seven-night voyage aboard Mitsui Ocean Fuji departs Yokohama on April 11, 2027, with calls at Toba, Shimizu and Hiroshima before visiting Busan in South Korea.

The timing coincides with Japan’s spring season and opportunities to see cherry blossoms across the country.

Operated by Mitsui Ocean Cruises, the 458-guest, all-suite ship offers an all-inclusive cruise experience with shore excursions, Japanese cuisine, selected beverages, Wi-Fi and gratuities included in the fare.

Joe O’Sullivan, Cruise Traveller Managing Director, said the itinerary offered travellers a chance to experience Japan aboard a locally operated cruise line.

“A journey with Mitsui Ocean Cruises is a true cultural discovery experience, blending small-ship intimacy and a relaxed ambience with authentic local insight,” Mr O’Sullivan said.

Fares for the April 11 departure start from $8,799 per person twin share in a Veranda Suite with private balcony.

Australians booking through Cruise Traveller by November 30 will receive complimentary return flights to Tokyo from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, subject to availability and conditions.
