A new hotel is preparing to open close to Western Sydney International Airport as investment and development across the region gathers pace.

Atura Oran Park will open in October, adding 184 rooms along with new dining, event and leisure facilities to one of South West Sydney’s fastest growing communities.

Situated in the centre of Oran Park Town, the property is around 20 minutes from the airport and will offer contemporary guestrooms and suites designed for both short and extended stays, alongside an Italian inspired restaurant and bar.

Facilities will also include a resort style pool and terrace, communal spaces and flexible conference and event areas aimed at both visitors and the local community.

“We’re opening at a time when South Western Sydney is experiencing extraordinary growth and momentum,” said Shannon Craig, Atura Oran Park Area General Manager

Design elements throughout the property will reference the area’s motorsport history as the former home of Oran Park Raceway.

Oran Park is forecast to grow to more than 50,000 residents over coming decades, while the nearby airport is expected to increase demand from both business and leisure travellers.

The opening will become Atura’s fifth Australian location, joining properties in Blacktown, Albury, Dandenong and Adelaide Airport.
