A new 31-villa estate will open in Seminyak in October, adding a mix of one- to four-bedroom accommodation to Bali’s luxury villa market.
Akkulla will be managed and marketed by Elite Havens, which has been involved in the project from its early development stages, advising on accommodation mix, amenities, operations and guest experience.
The estate will offer five villa categories, ranging from one-bedroom Uma Cottages to four-bedroom Mantra and Samula Villas.
Each combines contemporary interiors with Balinese design elements, private pools and indoor outdoor living spaces.
Communal facilities will include Rasa Galleria, a multi level food and wellness hub with all day dining, a family restaurant and playground and a wellness centre.

Cakra Lounge will provide additional space for reading, remote working and socialising, while landscaped areas throughout the estate will support its wellness focus.
Maya Rigg, Elite Havens CEO, said the company’s initial involvement had helped shape the property around guest preferences.
“Being involved from early development has allowed us to help shape the estate around real guest insights, from layout and amenity planning to service flow and pricing strategy,” Ms Rigg said.

Located close to Seminyak’s beach, restaurants and nightlife, Akkulla is targeting couples, families, multigenerational groups and longer stay travellers.
An opening offer provides 30% off stays from the property’s October debut until December 15. Bookings must be made by December 10 and are subject to availability and minimum stay requirements.
