Travellers still planning a Christmas getaway can choose from a range of last minute Asia itineraries, with Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Cambodia among the destinations still offering availability for the festive season.
Adventure World is highlighting three tailor-made options for December, ranging from short cultural breaks to longer journeys combining cities, beaches and regional touring.
Eric Findlay, Adventure World Product Manager Asia, said travellers should not assume it is too late to secure an international Christmas holiday.
“There’s a perception that you need to have your Christmas holiday locked in months in advance, but there are still some great options available across Asia,” Mr Findlay said.
The 10-day ‘A Taste of Vietnam’ itinerary is priced from $1,869 per person and can be extended with a stay in Ho Tram, combining time in Ho Chi Minh City with a coastal break.
For a longer journey, the 16-day ‘Authentic Sri Lanka’ itinerary starts from $4,819 per person and includes highland tea country, wildlife experiences and coastal stays.
Cambodia is represented by the five-day ‘Authentic Siem Reap’ itinerary, priced from $2,445 per person, with visits to Angkor Wat and Beng Mealea alongside time in Siem Reap.
Adventure World said festive season pricing may vary from the advertised starting rates, with all prices subject to availability and change.
