Luxury Travel Marketing has expanded its Africa portfolio with the addition of The Residence Collection, a boutique group of luxury properties across Johannesburg in South Africa and Victoria Falls in Zambia.
The partnership marks a strategic move to grow the brand’s presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets, with Luxury Travel Marketing representing the collection to the region’s travel trade.
The Residence Collection brings together three distinctive properties united by a focus on refined luxury and highly personalised hospitality.
The portfolio includes The Residence Hotel in Johannesburg, Mukwa River Lodge near Victoria Falls and Tanyati Villa, a private use luxury villa on the banks of the Zambezi River.
Located in the leafy suburb of Houghton, The Residence Hotel offers a peaceful retreat within easy reach of Johannesburg’s key cultural, shopping and business districts. The property is positioned as a tranquil city base for travellers exploring South Africa’s largest city.
In Zambia, Mukwa River Lodge sits on the banks of the Zambezi River around 20 minutes from Victoria Falls. The intimate lodge combines classic design with contemporary comfort and is also a member of the Virtuoso network.
Also located along the Zambezi River, Tanyati Villa is designed for private use stays and offers a fully equipped luxury residence suited to families or small groups seeking privacy and dedicated service.
