The retreat will take place from November 4 to 11 in the luxurious five-suite riad in the heart of the historic Medina in Marrakech.
Led by interior designer Claire Cau-Cecile and Riad Botanica owner Angela Mellak, the getaway has been meticulously curated to ignite guests’ creativity and elevate their design inspiration.
It promises to take guests beyond the souks and retailers, visiting hidden ateliers, private studios and workshops of Marrakech’s most talented artisans.
Guests will also engage in hands-on workshops and styling sessions, as well as sourcing bespoke items directly from these local creators.
Elsewhere, immersive culinary experiences and sumptuous spa treatments serve to enrich the overall cultural experience.
The retreat experience is heightened by a stay at the beautifully designed Riad Botanica, completing this journey of creativity and cultural discovery.
Opened in 2023, Riad Botanica was named to reflect its deep connection to nature and is inspired by the beauty and healing properties of plants, with a fruitful orange tree at its heart.
The property blends traditional Moroccan architecture with contemporary Australian design, a vision brought to life by owners Angela and Mohammed Mellak.

Each suite is a private haven, complete with ensuite bathrooms, intimate sitting rooms, relaxation and dining spaces. Bathed in sunlight, the rooftop terrace offers a setting for morning breakfasts, yoga sessions, or quiet moments under the Moroccan sky.
