Luxury cruise line Seabourn has announced a series of culinary updates across its fleet, introducing expanded made to order dishes, regionally inspired menus and additional chef led experiences.

The enhancements focus on two of the ship’s key dining venues, Seabourn Square and The Colonnade, and form part of the company’s ongoing development of its onboard culinary program.

At Seabourn Square, the venue has been refreshed as an all day café style space offering a broader selection of freshly prepared items. New menu additions include warm breakfast dishes such as breakfast sandwiches and quiche, along with toasted sandwiches and Roman style pizza served throughout the day. Specialty coffee is now prepared using beans roasted onboard, while chefs also produce artisanal gelato created using techniques developed at Italy’s Gelato University.

The Colonnade restaurant has also introduced new breakfast and lunch menus centred on seasonal ingredients and regional flavours. Live cooking stations now feature made to order dishes including omelettes, carving selections, fresh fish and rotating regional specialties inspired by destinations visited during each voyage.

According to Seabourn, the changes are designed to strengthen the connection between the culinary program and the destinations featured across its itineraries. Chefs regularly source ingredients locally and incorporate regional influences into menus throughout the fleet.

Seabourn currently operates six ships including Seabourn Sojourn, Seabourn Quest, Seabourn Encore, Seabourn Ovation, Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit, offering voyages across more than 400 ports worldwide.
