Azamara Cruises has revealed its 2029 World Cruise Collection, offering three extended voyages ranging from 139 to 195 nights and spanning five continents, 40 countries and territories and up to 126 ports.
The centrepiece will be a 195-night World Cruise aboard Azamara Quest, sailing from San Diego to Copenhagen.
The itinerary will include 12 maiden ports, with particular focus on the South Pacific and the Baltic as it crosses the globe.
Azamara says 65% of the full voyage will be spent in port, with 16 overnight stays and 60 late night departures designed to give guests more time ashore and opportunities to experience destinations after dark.
Michael Pawlus, Azamara Cruises Head of Itinerary Planning, said the amount of time built into each destination was central to the program.
“We’re incredibly proud of the 2029 World Cruise Collection and the time we’ve built into each leg of the journey for guests to truly connect with the places they visit,” Mr Pawlus said.
“We believe our guests are really going to love what we’ve created, and we’re excited to give them a closer look at the itineraries and reveal all the details in the weeks ahead.”
Alongside the full voyage, a 179-night journey will operate from San Diego to London, also covering five continents and including 52 late nights, 16 overnight stays and 12 maiden calls.
Australian travellers will also have the option of a 139-night voyage from Sydney to Copenhagen. That sailing will span five continents with 43 late night departures, 11 overnight stays and four maiden ports.
According to Azamara, the 195-night itinerary will be its longest and most geographically extensive World Cruise for 2029, with the collection designed around longer stays and more time in port.
The full San Diego to Copenhagen voyage will open for bookings on September 23, while the 179 and 139 night options will go on sale October 14.
Full itineraries, exclusive events, AzAmazing Evenings and additional inclusions for the World Cruise Collection will also be announced on September 23.
