An Australian travel advisor is set to experience South America first-hand after winning a trade incentive valued at $16,370.
Jonathan Hickman from Travel on Crown in Wollongong has been selected as the winner of the four-month campaign run by Bunnik Tours, LATAM Airlines and Sydney Airport.
The incentive, which ran from June 11 to September 30, gave Australian advisors the chance to win a place on Bunnik Tours’ 20-day Peru Explorer small group tour, including return LATAM Airlines flights from Sydney.
Agents entered by booking clients on an eligible Bunnik Tours South American small group tour featuring a LATAM Airlines flight from Sydney to Santiago.

The prize includes experiences across Peru such as a pisco sour making session, a traditional Andean brunch, Colca Canyon and Machu Picchu.
Zoe Francis, Bunnik Tours National Sales Manager, said the campaign was designed to strengthen product knowledge and help advisors better understand the region.
“Collaborating with LATAM and Sydney Airport to showcase this incredible destination to our trade partners has been a great experience,” Ms Francis said.

Alberto Chico Garcia, LATAM Airlines Regional Director APAC, said the campaign also helped highlight connections between Australia and destinations across South America.
The wider campaign included digital activity, a trade webinar and an in-person event in Adelaide, where advisors heard updates from all three partners and experienced South American food and culture.
