Travel Agent Finder has launched a new Canada Specialists page designed to help travellers quickly connect with Australian travel agents who have achieved Platinum level certification through the Canada Specialist Program.
Built in collaboration with Destination Canada, the new public page explains what the Canada Specialist Program is and why working with a certified expert can improve a traveller’s experience. It then highlights Australian agents who have completed the Platinum Canada Specialist Program training, giving travellers a single place to find verified Canada expertise.

Making Canada expertise easier to find
Travel Agent Finder Founder Anna Shannon said the page reflects how travellers now choose an advisor, with stronger emphasis on credibility and proof of destination knowledge.
She said specialist badges are often used in trade marketing, but not always explained clearly in terms travellers understand.
“As travel agents we often use specialist logos and badges as a marketing tool, but are we really explaining what it means to travellers? What’s in it for them?

Call for agents to be featured
Travel Agent Finder is encouraging agent members who specialise in Canada to complete the Platinum level Canada Specialist Program training and request their Platinum badge to be included on the page.
Platinum certified agents can request the Travel Agent Finder Platinum badge via the Specialist Badges hub inside their account dashboard. Once approved, they will be added automatically.
