Level 21 has a nice ring to it. And if The Travel Corporation’s sparkling new CBD headquarters on Kent Street is anything to go by, the future is looking up.
A midweek buzz filled the air as TTC officially welcomed guests to its stunning new home, where breathtaking harbour views are matched only by the sense of optimism surrounding the move. More than 200 team members will now call Level 21 home, bringing the entire TTC family together under one roof in a space designed for collaboration, creativity and innovation.
On Wednesday evening, a lucky group of travel industry guests gathered for the housewarming celebration, enjoying flowing fizz, delicious canapés and a grand tour of the spectacular offices. The panoramic outlook from Level 21 was enough to leave more than a few attendees with a serious case of office envy—I know I did.
Toni Ambler, Managing Director of Contiki, Trafalgar and Insight Vacations Australia and New Zealand, joined members of the TTC leadership team to officially welcome guests, raising a glass to the company’s people, valued industry partners and the enduring power of travel.
“Travel House (TTC’s former long-term home) is a huge part of the TTC legacy and this is a very pivotal moment for us as a business. Under the new ownership we have been through a lot of change in the past two years and, as we open this new office today, it’s quite symbolic. It’s bigger than just a new building or office space—it’s a signal from our ownership, to our team and to the industry that Oceania is a very important source market. Even more importantly, it’s a signal to our people that we are prepared to invest in them.”
You could say TTC has taken things to the next level—quite literally.
Traveltalk raises a glass to TTC and wishes the entire team every success in their impressive new Level 21 home. Here’s to the view, the vision and the exciting chapter ahead.
