Envoyage has strengthened its Australian growth strategy with the appointment of Adam Israel and Deniz Ogutveren as Business Development Partners, supporting expansion of the Flight Centre Travel Group independent agency network.

Both join from travel fintech company Slice Pay, bringing experience working closely with independent travel advisors and agencies across Australia.

Israel will be based in Sydney, focusing on New South Wales, while Ogutveren will lead growth across Victoria and the southern region from Melbourne.

Envoyage National Sales Director Mark Robertson said the appointments reflect a deliberate strategy to recruit professionals who understand the independent advisor community.

“Adam and Deniz came from a business built entirely around supporting independent advisors. That experience is exactly what we were looking for,” he said. “Our priority is to grow a thriving network of high-performing advisors and agencies across Australia while ensuring every member has the support, resources and access they need to flourish.”

Israel said Envoyage’s advisor-first approach attracted him to the role.

“What sets Envoyage apart is that it genuinely exists to create a home for travel advisors and agencies at every stage of their journey,” he said.
Ogutveren added that demand for independent advisors continues to grow.

“Independent travel businesses are doing remarkable work designing meaningful experiences for clients who value expertise and personalisation. Envoyage is growing because the independent model is working,” he said.
