Senior executives from leading Australasian travel agency and consortia groups have been treated to a luxury escape to mark their ongoing partnership with NCL.
The group enjoyed fine wine, gourmet dining and exclusive experiences at the retreat in Victoria’s picturesque Yarra Valley.
The event kicked off at Chandon, where guests were treated to a ‘Behind the Bubbles’ experience, followed by an indulgent degustation dinner showcasing the best of the region’s food and wine.
The group then headed to Balgownie Estate, where friendly competition unfolded over lawn games and archery, before guests slowed the pace with vineyard-side yoga, local wines and plenty of opportunities to connect.
Guests were also treated to personalised gifts, including JULY tote bags, NCL caps and Chandon champagne bottle stoppers.
The celebrations continued beyond the Yarra Valley, with many attendees joining the NCL team at ATIA’s Beyond Borders event before coming together with industry colleagues at the National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA), where NCL had even more reason to celebrate, taking home the award for ‘Most Outstanding Marketing Campaign – Supplier’.
“Our trade partners are such an important part of our success, and this retreat is our way of saying thank you for their incredible support,” said Angela Middleton, Director of Sales AU/NZ at NCL.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to spend quality time together, strengthen the relationships we’ve built and celebrate the people who continue to champion NCL across Australia and New Zealand.”
Held annually, the NCL AUNZ VIP Partner Retreat reflects the cruise line’s commitment to recognising the trade partners who champion its brand and play an important role in its continued success across Australia and New Zealand.
