Royal Caribbean’s Voyager of the Seas has arrived at its new home in Brisbane.

The event marks a long-awaited return to Australia and the ship’s first season homeporting from the city.

Voyager’s cruise lineup ranges from three-night weekend getaways to 12-night adventures, exploring the region’s coastlines from Queensland to the South Pacific.

“Our award-winning Voyager is an adventure-seeker’s dream and the perfect holiday match for the spirit of the Sunshine State,” said Gavin Smith, vice president and managing director, Australia and New Zealand, Royal Caribbean.

“This season from Brisbane is one for the books with more weekend getaways and more island time than ever before across Queensland and South Pacific destinations, reinforcing the unforgettable memories that families can make on a Royal Caribbean holiday.”

For those chasing the ultimate summer getaway, holidaymakers can have their pick of 10, three- to seven-night holidays visiting Airlie Beach and Cairns. Plus, level up weekend celebrations with two, three-night getaways departing on a Friday to slot into the busiest calendars.

Guests can also unwind with more island time with 10, seven- to nine-night South Pacific adventures hopping between locales from the easy island rhythms of Nouméa, New Caledonia, to the turquoise waters of Port Vila, Mystery Island and Luganville in Vanuatu.

Alternatively, celebrate Christmas with a view on an eight-night getaway or welcome the New Year on a nine-night adventure visiting the South Pacific.

Royal Caribbean’s summer celebrations continue in Sydney where Anthem of the Seas made its Down Under debut last month.

The award-winning Quantum Class ship is delivering 24 getaways – from two-night weekend escapes to 18-night adventures – across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, bringing bolder adventures and show-stopping new experiences to Australian shores.

This season will also mark the debut of six Wiggly-themed holidays, exclusive to Royal Caribbean and featuring the Wiggly Friends, across Voyager and Anthem.
