The 30-minute presentation will be led by Fiona Corbett at Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors.
The session will guide members through setting clear expectations and KPIs, addressing issues early and structuring performance conversations to drive results.
A simple template for documenting performance concerns will also be provided, as well as guidance for when it is necessary to formalise performance issues.
