Trafalgar is inviting past guests to share their most meaningful travel stories for a chance to become the Godmother of one of its ships.

‘The Great Godmother Search’ has been launched ahead of Trafalgar Dreamer’s 2027 Seine debut.

The person selected will christen Trafalgar Dreamer and sail on the ship’s inaugural voyage along with their travel agent.

If the winner names a travel agent in their application, that agent will also receive a complimentary place on the inaugural sailing.

Agents are being encouraged to share the competition with past clients, although entries must be submitted by travellers themselves.

Melissa DaSilva, TTC Tour Brands Deputy CEO and Chief Sales Officer, said the initiative recognised both the experiences created through travel and the role advisors play in helping bring those journeys together.

“Our travel agents are an important part of those journeys and we wanted to recognise their role in orchestrating these memorable experiences,” Ms DaSilva said.

The search follows previous Trafalgar Godmother appointments, with past guests Cassie Estrella-Roca and Australian Kate McIntosh selected for Trafalgar Verity and Trafalgar Reverie respectively.

Entries are open to eligible past Trafalgar guests until October 29.

Trafalgar Dreamer will begin sailing the Seine in April 2027 on the new ‘Best of the Seine with Paris & Normandy’ itinerary.
