A new 14-day Western Canada itinerary is combining Rocky Mountaineer rail travel with food, wine and regional experiences across British Columbia and Alberta.
Adventure World’s ‘Sip & Savour Canadian Flavours’ journey operates from early May to late September and includes travel by train, floatplane and ferry through Victoria, the Cowichan Valley, Vancouver, Kamloops, Emerald Lake, Lake Louise, Banff and Jasper.
Travelling aboard Rocky Mountaineer by daylight through the Canadian Rockies is a key component, complemented by culinary experiences including a behind the scenes tasting at Vancouver’s Granville Island Market.

Other highlights include exploring Victoria’s food scene, a mountain hike with gourmet picnic and a local barbecue at Emerald Lake Lodge.
“We created Sip & Savour Canadian Flavours to celebrate Western Canada’s phenomenal food scene, taking guests far beyond the standard rail journey,” said Kristy Prince, Adventure World North American Product Manager.
The 13-night itinerary is priced from $10,999 per person, with savings of up to $800 per couple available on selected 2027 packages featuring Rocky Mountaineer.
Travel advisors can also access Adventure World’s Rockies by Rail booklet, designed to assist with planning tailor made Western Canada journeys.
