A new 202-room lifestyle hotel has opened reservations ahead of its planned debut, marking the first Andaz property in Australia and the Pacific.

Andaz Gold Coast will open later this year featuring contemporary guestrooms and suites, multiple dining and social venues, wellness facilities and an expansive pool deck designed for both daytime and evening use.

The hotel is situated close to the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Dining will include Nove Restaurant and Bar, focused on Mediterranean influenced food using local produce, along with Vista Lounge, Verde Bar and the outdoor Andaz Pool Club.

Rooms will feature floor to ceiling windows, with selected categories offering private outdoor spaces.

Suites will add larger living areas, soaking baths and dual vanities, while the Andaz Residence Suite will include an entertainer’s terrace and indoor/outdoor living areas.

David Udell, Hyatt Executive Vice President and Group President Asia Pacific, said the opening represented an important milestone for the brand in the region.

“The hotel has been designed to capture the optimism, creative energy and natural contrasts of the Gold Coast, giving guests new ways to experience the destination through design, food, culture and personal discovery,” Mr Udell said.

The hotel will also include a Matrix fitness centre and locally focused experiences designed to connect guests with the Gold Coast’s food, creative and outdoor communities.

An opening offer provides 20% off eligible room rates, rising to 25% for World of Hyatt members, for bookings made by December 22 and stays between December 14 and June 30, 2027.
