Paul Gauguin Cruises and PONANT EXPLORATIONS have launched ‘Tempting Tahiti’, a limited-time offer inviting travellers to discover French Polynesia across 2026 and 2027 voyages.
Running from now until October 31, the offer gives guests a $US1,000 shipboard credit aboard the m/s Paul Gauguin or €1,000 shipboard credit aboard Le Jacques Cartier.
The credit is per stateroom or suite which can be used towards experiences including spa treatments, shore excursions, premium drinks and boutique shopping.
The offer can also be combined with Early Booking Bonus Savings of up to 30% off brochure fares.
To further support the launch of ‘Tempting Tahiti’, the sister brands are rewarding travel advisors across Australasia with a $200 gift card for every guest booked and deposited on an eligible voyage between the initiative period.
With Air Tahiti Nui’s new non-stop Sydney and Papeete service launching in December, ‘Tempting Tahiti’ comes at the perfect time, making it easier than ever for Australian travellers to take advantage of the offer and experience the islands of French Polynesia aboard the m/s Paul Gauguin or Le Jacques Cartier.
The offer comes at a time when the PONANT Explorations Group is expanding its presence in French Polynesia, bringing together two distinct styles of discovery and offering travellers more opportunities to explore all five of the destination’s archipelagos and beyond with some sailings reaching Fiji and the Cook Islands.
Building on Paul Gauguin Cruises’ more than 28 years of expertise and year-round presence in the region, m/s Paul Gauguin continues to reveal the islands of the Society archipelago as well as the Tuamotus and Marquesas and authentic Polynesian culture for which the destination is renowned.
The arrival of PONANT Explorations’ Le Jacques Cartier in French Polynesia this year further expands the Group’s offering, introducing PONANT Explorations’ spirit of discovery to remote archipelagos and secluded anchorages visited by few ships such as the Austral and Gambier islands.
