Adventure World has partnered with Travel Texas to launch a new campaign, giving agents a fresh reason to put the Lone Star State on the map for bookings this year.

The ‘Authentic. Custom. Texas.’ campaign arrives at a timely moment, with Route 66 celebrating its 100th anniversary.

Texas plays a central role in the famous highway’s story and Adventure World’s ‘Road Trippin’ Route 66′ itinerary offers travellers a front-row seat to the milestone, taking in Amarillo’s restored Historic Sixth Street District, the Cadillac Ranch and the dramatic landscapes of Palo Duro Canyon.

Kristy Prince, Adventure World Product Manager North America, said demand for the experience was expected to be strong.

“With Route 66 turning 100 in 2026, we’re expecting strong demand from travellers wanting that iconic road trip experience but done in a more meaningful, immersive way. Texas offers the perfect balance of independence, culture and wide-open adventure,” said Ms Prince.

Beyond Route 66, Adventure World’s Texas portfolio spans ethical ranch stays, Austin’s live music scene, Space Center Houston and some of the country’s most celebrated food, from smoky barbecue to bold Tex-Mex.

With direct flights from Australia into both Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, the destination has never been more accessible.

Three itineraries are available for sale now:

Authentic Texas (15 days) from $5,755 per person, featuring ethical ranch stays, Austin’s legendary live music scene and Space Center Houston.

Take A Bite Out Of Texas (10 days) from $3,999 per person, a celebration of Texan cuisine from barbecue joints to refined local dining.

Road Trippin’ Route 66 (23 days) from $8,125 per person, a big-sky journey through a century of Americana with vintage diners and the iconic Cadillac Ranch.
