Victoria Jaworskyj has been appointed Senior Account Director for The Unique Tourism Collection.
Based in Melbourne, Victoria will be responsible for sales, marketing and MICE activity for Sri Lanka’s Teardrop Hotels, Water Garden Sigiriya and Glenross Living, Thailand’s RAKxa Integrative Wellness and RXV Wellness Village, and India’s Peirce & Leslie. She will also provide support for Vietnam’s Alma Resort.
Victoria will be focused on developing business in Australasia for UTC’s clients through new and existing consortia partners and incentive houses, together with identifying potential direct corporates for conferences and events.
She brings to UTC more than 15 years of senior management experience across luxury hotel sales, groups/MICE/leisure travel, corporate hospitality and event management in roles including General Manager, Totem Connections (Groups and Events) and Sales Manager, ATPI Groups and Events.
Delivering results in fast-paced, global environments, Victoria has proven to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing teams and execute high touch projects across complex and luxury group travel, major events and corporate travel.
# Meanwhile Linkd Tourism has announced the appointment of Carrie Hutchinson as PR Manager.
Carrie brings with her an outstanding depth of experience in the tourism and travel sector, a formidable industry network and a sharp understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape.
In her new role, Carrie will take the lead on public relations strategy for a number of Linkd Tourism’s U.S. and Asia client portfolios, driving meaningful media coverage, building key relationships and amplifying the stories of the destinations and operators.
