A group of passionate North Melbourne supporters have swapped the stands for a 10-day adventure with Intrepid Travel.

The group travelled through Western Australia, combining back-to-back away games with exclusive behind-the-scenes club access and some of the State’s best experiences.

The one-off ‘Roos Out West Adventure’ followed the footy team across consecutive home matches in Bunbury and Perth.

The itinerary also included Margaret River and Rottnest Island alongside dinners with club legends Brent “Boomer” Harvey and Peter Bell, time with current player Dylan Stephens, match tickets to both games and a surprise guard of honour experience.

Yvette Thompson, Intrepid Travel ANZ General Manager, said sport and travel shared a special ability to bring people together.

“We wanted to build on our partnership by creating a trip that went beyond the game. It gave fans exclusive access to the club while experiencing the best of Western Australia with a local Intrepid leader,” Ms Thompson said.

Orry Lack, North Melbourne Football Club Chief Commercial Officer, said the trip brought the partnership to life in a genuinely memorable way.

“Seeing our supporters travel together throughout WA, spend time with our current and past players, and build new connections along the way made it a really special experience,” Mr Lack said.
