Nikoi Private Island has aligned with Green Camp to launch a series of holiday camps offering the renowned and rich, nature-based learning experience for six to 14-year-olds.

Known for its natural beauty and commitment to responsible tourism, Nikoi has long offered families a chance to step away from screens and schedules to spend meaningful time in nature.

The partnership with Green Camp from Green School Bali is an extension of what the private island has offered from the outset.

“We admire how Green Camp provides children with opportunities to connect with nature and learn about sustainability, challenging them physically, intellectually, and emotionally,” said Andrew Dixon, Founder of Nikoi Private Island.

“Since opening in 2007, we’ve made it our priority to offer a safe and fun space for families where children can roam free, but what Green Camp brings is something we’ve been missing; an additional, hands-on, educational approach.

“Given Green School’s international reputation as a respected leader in sustainability and holistic education, we are very proud to have been chosen as its first partner for Green Camp outside of Bali to help bring their proven programs to a new part of the world.”

The inaugural Green Camps take place on Nikoi between October 15 and November 2 and mark the beginning of a long-term collaboration.

The camps will run over three consecutive weeks, offering five-day adventure camps, with each day focusing on a different theme, including marine conservation, flora identification and farm-to-table.
