Oceania Cruises has expanded its Wellness Discovery Tours collection to more than 50 experiences across Asia, Europe and South America.
The initiative is in response to growing demand from luxury travellers seeking journeys that nurture both body and mind.
Jason Montague, Oceania Cruises Chief Luxury Officer, said travel had become one of the most powerful ways people invested in their wellbeing.
“Our Wellness Discovery Tours are designed for those seeking to nurture their wellbeing and discover the rejuvenating power of travel. For today’s luxury guest, travel is much more than movement from place to place, it is a journey of discovery,” Mr Montague said.

Small-group experiences bring guests together with local specialists across a range of traditions.
Highlights include Kandyan dance therapy in Colombo, tai chi in a serene Bangkok park beside the Viharn Sien temple, a traditional Chinese medicine consultation with acupuncture or cupping in Hong Kong and a meditative yoga session followed by wine tasting overlooking Santorini’s caldera.
Food and culture feature strongly, with an organic tea and vegetarian tasting in Ho Chi Minh City, a coastal walk past 18th-century windmills and Basque fishing villages in Bilbao and a Patagonian hot springs soak reached by catamaran through the Aysén Fjord in Chile.
In Rome, guests soak in mineral-rich thermal baths at Terme dei Papi, beloved by popes and artists for centuries.
Onboard enrichment complements the shore experiences, with culinary lectures, cooking classes, food and wine pairing, artist workshops and local musician performances across Oceania Cruises’ boutique adult-only fleet.
