Travel agents have just one month left to secure a spot on Hurtigruten’s ultimate Norway mega famil.

The prize is a 12-day curated adventure from the Arctic town of Kirkenes to Oslo valued at more than $8,000 per person, departing in September.

The top 20 agents who deposit and book the most Hurtigruten product before April 30 will win their place on the trip, joining 250 high-performing industry peers from around the world.

Every passenger deposited counts as an entry so the more bookings made, the better the chances of winning.

Damian Perry, Hurtigruten Asia Pacific Managing Director, said the famil offered agents a rare chance to experience Norway the way their clients will.

“Norway has a way of staying with you long after you’ve sailed home and that’s exactly what we want our agents to experience first-hand. Those who join us in September will be immersed in the very product they sell, alongside Hurtigruten’s senior leaders and the best in the business from around the world,” Mr Perry said.

To help agents convert interest into bookings, Hurtigruten has a range of current offers.

These include early bird savings of up to $1,000 off 2027/28 season cruises, a $250 low deposit on select departures booked before April 30, savings of up to 30 per cent on select Original and Signature Voyages, and $500 off plus $500 onboard credit per person on the bestselling ‘Follow the Northern Lights’ package for departures between October 2026 and March 2027.

Hurtigruten also offers its Northern Lights Promise: if the Northern Lights do not appear on a 12-day roundtrip sailing between October and March, guests receive a free six- or seven-day voyage.

Winners will be announced by May 11. For more information visit hurtigruten.com/en-au/agents
