Brand USA has launched a rebuilt and reorganised digital platform, making it easier for travel partners, media and industry stakeholders to access programs, research, economic impact data and resources.
The updated site brings together information previously spread across multiple areas, with public access available without a login and a redesigned search function to help users find relevant programs and resources.
One of the major changes is a consolidated economic impact section, including state by state fact sheets designed to make U.S. inbound tourism data easier for destinations and industry organisations to reference and share.
The platform also introduces a redesigned press room with a searchable archive of releases, news and media assets, alongside a clearer directory of partner programs and guidance for organisations looking to work with Brand USA.
Industry events including roadshows, sales missions, USA Pavilions, webinars and board meetings have been brought into a single calendar that can be filtered by market, date and event type.
A dedicated section for artificial intelligence resources has also been added, combining webinars, recordings, articles and training material aimed at helping travel industry partners develop practical knowledge of AI.
Brand USA has also updated its Partner Success Portal, consolidating program resources, research and account tools for partner organisations.
Fred Dixon, Brand USA President and CEO, said the changes were intended to make it faster for industry partners and other stakeholders to access information and connect with the organisation.
“Partners rely on us for fast, accurate answers, whether that’s finding the right program, accessing the right resources, or connecting with our team,” Mr Dixon said.
