A new collection of premium tastings, wine lunches and beverage rituals will debut aboard Seven Seas Prestige, alongside four new destination-inspired wine lunches rolling out across the wider Regent fleet.
Among the experiences exclusive to the new ship is The Grand Table Experience, a five-course wine pairing featuring labels including Krug Grande Cuvée, Louis Jadot Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, Vega Sicilia Único and Château d’Yquem, matched with dishes such as caviar, Maine lobster and Wagyu A5 striploin.
The Prestige Collection: A Portrait of Cuvées will focus on Champagne, paired with canapés including lobster, spicy tuna temari and beef tataki.
A separate Grey Goose Altius Martini and Caviar Ritual will be offered as a pre-dinner experience.
Guests staying in the Skyview Regent Suite will also have access to a personalised beverage program featuring Dom Pérignon, The Macallan and LOUIS XIII, including an ambassador-led ceremony centred on a three-litre Baccarat crystal decanter.
Wesley D’Silva, Regent Seven Seas Cruises President, said the new ship provided an opportunity to expand the line’s approach to wine and spirits.
“These new experiences have been designed as memorable occasions, bringing together exceptional labels, culinary artistry, and engaging storytelling,” Mr D’Silva said.
Four additional Connoisseur Wine Lunches will also be introduced across the fleet, with five-course menus exploring wine regions in France, Italy, the Americas and destinations including Champagne, Tuscany, Oregon, Chile and Canada.
Existing experiences including The Craft of Caymus, The Champagne Experience, Hennessy Cognac Journey, The Macallan Colour Journey and Woodford Reserve Flavour Wheel Tasting will also be available aboard Seven Seas Prestige.
The ship is scheduled to begin its inaugural season on December 28 with an 11-night roundtrip Caribbean voyage from Miami.
