Luxury Travel Collection brought advisors, clients and travel partners together recently for a French-themed Champagne soirée designed to inspire future travel to France.

Held at The Langham Sydney to coincide with International Champagne Day, the invitation-only event featured PONANT Explorations, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises and Collette, alongside Champagne house Perrier-Jouët.

Guests heard about different ways to experience France through small-ship and expedition cruising, boutique river journeys and guided touring, while advisors used the event as an opportunity to connect with clients in a more informal setting.

Lisa Wright, Luxury Travel Collection Head of Events, said the evening was designed to create a setting where advisors and their clients could explore new travel ideas together.

“By bringing together Champagne, music, exceptional hospitality and our travel partners, we created space for genuine discovery,” Ms Wright said.

Julie Rogers, PONANT Explorations Director of Sales Asia Pacific, said the event gave the company an opportunity to share its French heritage and approach to small-ship travel with guests already immersed in the destination.

For attending advisors, the complimentary event also provided an opportunity to strengthen client relationships outside the traditional consultation environment.

“Being able to invite clients to something this considered adds another dimension to our relationship,” said Alison Lord, Travel Associates Turramurra Business Leader.

Perrier-Jouët Brand Ambassador Andrea Giraud and Champagne Social Club creator Natalie Hazel also guided guests through a selection of the house’s Champagnes during the evening.
