TravelManagers has completed its bi-annual state meetings, bringing together personal travel managers (PTMs) across its national network for a series of focused, in-person sessions centred on connection and professional development.
In a change of format from previous years, each state meeting featured two practical workshops covering marketing newsletter strategies and a deep dive into TravelManagers’ cruise booking system, powered by its in-house wholesaler platform Fastbook.
A share-and-learn session led by the team of Business Partnership Managers also gave PTMs practical tips and tricks for their everyday operations.

Michael Gazal, TravelManagers Executive General Manager, said the sessions were enjoyed across the country.
“We had a fantastic day in each state and the hands-on workshops were met with great enthusiasm from our PTMs,” Mr Gazal said.
The state meetings set the stage for TravelManagers’ annual national conference in Hobart this August, where the theme of ‘Connection’ will run throughout three days of workshops, plenary sessions, community activities and keynote speakers.
