Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) will bring an international perspective to the stage at this year’s Cruise360 Australasia conference in Sydney.
The event gives cruise specialists a chance to gain global insights from key industry leaders.
A highlight of Cruise360 Australasia this September will be an expert panel of four cruise line leaders who will join delegates in Sydney for an opening session.
Together they will offer a global perspective to help Australasian travel advisors grow their business in a rapidly evolving industry.
CLIA’s international panelists at Cruise360 Australasia will include:
- Helen Beck, Windstar Managing Director – Global Commercial
- Mario Bounas, Swan Hellenic Chief Commercial Officer
- Sam Seward, Quark Expeditions President
- David Siewers, Azamara Cruises Chief International Sales Officer
Joel Katz, CLIA Executive Director in Australasia, said each leader would be able to apply a global lens to the current cruise landscape, setting the scene for Cruise360’s wider conference program under this year’s theme: “Future Ready. Client Ready. Cruise Ready.”
“Together our international panelists represent an incredible amount of experience from different areas of the cruise spectrum, which will give us a fantastic snapshot of the world cruising environment and the opportunities available for travel advisors,” Mr Katz said.
“This session will kick-off Cruise360 with a highly relevant conversation, covering areas like product evolution, consumer trends, international deployment and what advisors in Australia and New Zealand need to consider as they pursue commercial success.”
The Cruise360 international panel will provide an executive view of where cruise demand and product development are heading; what international brands are seeing in consumer behaviour; how advisors can use global context to build confidence and commercial focus locally; and the opportunities likely to shape the next 12 to 24 months.
Cruise360 Australasia will offer a packed two-day program at the International Convention Centre Sydney on September 17-18, including an industry cocktail event and an extensive exhibition showcasing CLIA cruise lines, destinations, industry suppliers and CLIA Executive Partners.
Further program details will be announced soon.
Limited tickets are available exclusively to CLIA members via: Cruise360 Australasia 2026.
